Yvonne Craig, Well known popular actress played role Batgirl in the 1960s Batman Tv series and also as the orian Marta in the star trek. She passes away at the age of 78.

Yvonne Craig passes away at her home in Pacific palisades located in California on 17th of August 2015, after a long fought with her breast cancer.Yvonne Craig suffered from breast cancer which been spread to her liver. Yvonne was born in taylorville, Illinois and she was brought up in Columbus till 14.

A Statement from her family:
"In the end, her mind still wanted to fight but her body had given up" 

Yvonne Craig was a trained American ballet dancer and she started her career on Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo. Yvonne Craig used those experience to perform stunts of her own close Adam wests batman.
