Rosie twits on her  twitter  account shortly before 6:15 p.m as "Chelsea has been found and safe in police custody - thank u all for the help and light"

Early Rosie O' Donnell said in a blog post as her daughter, Chelsea O'Donnell, was missing.

Where South Nyack, New York, police said Chelsea was found safe in New Jersey, Police were on the way Tuesday to pick up the 17-year-old and her dog, "Bear"
